Who We Are

Thanks for your interest in our Collective Care Gardening Club.

We are a group of patients sharing the expenses and the work to grow our own cannabis here in San Francisco.

With members from around the state we offer a safe place to grow your own medicine without having to build your own grow space or do all the daily work.

What We Do

Every plant here starts in our indoor nursery.  About half of the vegetative cycle of four to six

weeks takes place inside our San Francisco greenhouse facilities.  Using the sun  during this stage of the plants life is a good way to increase yields and grow more vigorous plants.

When the plants begin their flowering stage of life, we move them back indoors.  It is during this time that temperature and humidity are closely monitored.  Our plant caretakers attend to the daily needs of each plant ensuring the highest quality of finish, without the use of harmful pesticides or chemicals.

During the plant’s life there are collective work days every couple weeks.  These are times when patients are able to come work in the garden.

The work days are also great opportunities to learn every aspect of indoor gardening from folks who have been doing it for a long time.

After vegging and before moving into the flower room we invite members to come work on their plants.  We take this opportunity to prune the extra branches and take clones for the next round.

The next time patients have an opportunity to work on their own plants is about midway through the plant’s flowering cycle.  At this time we stake up the branches that are starting to fall over from the weight of the buds.

The final act – and the only mandatory work day for patients, Harvest.  The patient will enter the garden, pick which plant they like, and cut it down.  We do not offer drying or curing facilities here, but will teach you how to do it yourself.

We do not allow outside/foreign plants brought in by patients to come into our garden. We have a selection of a few strains that deliver good quality and yield for the patients to choose from to grow.  This uniformity is needed to keep our plant environment as pest-free as possible, and to keep the therapeutic gardening process a good value to those involved.

Some of the strains that we have available are: AK48, Chemdog, Sour Diesel, Odyssey, Blackberry kush, Merlot kush, and a couple house strains that work well for us.These plants cost $300 each to support during their 14 week long life.  They will average a yield of 2 1/2 ounces each.

Helping patients grow their own medical marijuana since 2002, we’ll do it for you too.
